NARRATIVE:

     Eleanor appeared on the 1900 federal census in the household of her father, Alfred N. Ruger, at 175 Stanton in Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.1 On 23 April 1910 Eleanor appeared on the 1910 federal census in the household of her father, Alfred N. Ruger, at 3627 Bouvier Street in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.2
