     Charlotte Phipps was born about 1817 England.2 Charlotte and Jeremiah Annett were married on Monday, 28 November 1836 in Southwold Township, Elgin County, Ontario.1 Charlotte died on Sunday, 9 December 1860.3 Charlotte was buried at Frome United Cemetery in Southwold Township.3

NARRATIVE:

     Her son, Stephen, died on 18 February 1847.3 On 11 January 1852 Charlotte Annett appeared on the 1851 provincial census of Ontario in the household of Jeremiah Annett in Southwold Township, Elgin County, Ontario.4
